1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of au.ostrall.com ("Ostrall Australia", "we", "us", "our"), the Australian edition of Ostrall, operated by Jarta Labs LLC (USA). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What Ostrall Australia is

Ostrall Australia is a free search and comparison tool. It helps you work out what you need, compares Australian sellers and links you to them. We do not sell anything. Any purchase is between you and the retailer, under their prices, delivery, returns, warranty and terms, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to that purchase.

3. Prices and product information

Prices, availability, delivery costs, ratings and product details come from retailers and other third parties. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST as the retailer lists them. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and retailers can change them at any time. The price and terms at the retailer's checkout are the ones that apply.

4. Rankings

Ostrall ranks results by closest match, then availability, then the cheapest delivered price. Labels such as "cheapest" describe the information we have; they are not a promise that a product suits you. No one can pay to change a product's or a seller's place in our results.

5. Links to other sites

Ostrall Australia links to retailer and other websites we do not control. Their content, policies and practices are their own. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the site as a normal shopper would. You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or copy the site or its results by automated means, or use it to build a competing product;
• send automated or bulk searches, ratings or other traffic, or feedback meant to mislead our results;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the site's security; or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

7. Your feedback

When you rate a result or pick a reason, you allow us to use that feedback to improve Ostrall, without payment or attribution. Our Privacy Policy explains what is recorded.

8. Intellectual property

The Ostrall name, logo, design and site content belong to Jarta Labs LLC. Product names, brands and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products; showing them does not mean those owners endorse or are affiliated with us.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited ("non-excludable rights"). The rest of these Terms apply only to the extent the law allows.

10. Our liability

Subject to your non-excludable rights, the site is provided "as is", we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from information shown on it or from a purchase you make from a retailer. Where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. Ostrall Australia is free to use.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated Terms.
